Rewards & Recognition
At HR Access, recognising our employees for their achievements and for the contributions they make on behalf of the firm is an important component of our workplace. All employees are eligible for recognition in the form of praise for a job well done, or a more public celebration of a particular team achievement. There are a number of recognition awards to acknowledge ‘above and beyond’ contribution. These include non-cash awards (vouchers, meals out, and theatre tickets) or spot awards (a single payment determined by the manager and HR). The HR Access Special Recognition Award Program (President’s Club) is a recognition programme that offers managers the opportunity to recognise the accomplishments of employees outside of normal compensation channels.
